MessageWe would support this Bill, if it were re-submitted with a caveat that a second channel was provided for the Emissary to...communicate....with her people, in a frank and uncensored way.

MessageImmeressence, this bill DOES do that!!! The Emissary is part of the Executive Branch of GOVERNMENT while the Convocation is of the Legislative Branch.

This bill establishes a national media for the GOVERNMENT to communicate to the people PLUS the ability for private citizens to establish their own media voices in competition.
