Message | Immeressence, this bill DOES do that!!! The Emissary is part of the Executive Branch of GOVERNMENT while the Convocation is of the Legislative Branch. This bill establishes a national media for the GOVERNMENT to communicate to the people PLUS the ability for private citizens to establish their own media voices in competition. |
