MessageI am able to support Articles One and Two. However I think the abolition of the voucher system is just going a bit too far.

MessageOpposed TiC. The state has a responsibility to provide the social conditions within which commerce can thrive. Thisd includes a basic levelk of education for those that want it.

We oppose using tax payers money to pay for higher educationinstitutions, but this does not mean that the government can not maintain such institutions if they are funded in other ways: student loans, sponsorship programs, iuntellectual property sales or leases, patent licensing revenue etc.

((You are an American and are used to paying for college. However the USA is almost unique in this, and the quality of its graduates leaves a lot to be desired. Most countries have state run universities and private ones, with the private ones having to be better than the state ones to attract paying students. This is about the cheapest way of ensuring standards that exists.))

No, vouchers are a policy which I am willing to accept. It has many advantages, and overcomes some problems. However, official TiC policy opposes all taxation not spent on national defense, local police, and the judicial. I have always adopted the moderate voucher option at the request of the ASP. However, if some parties would attempt to accuse us of inflexibility, they should be aware that we have already bent on many issues.

I know you would oppose this. We have very similar political beliefs, but not exactly the same. I believe that commerce should not be a concern of the government. I know that this is a bit of an extremist policy, which is why I usually allow minor subsidies where needed to pass legislation.
