Message | We believe that foreign aid should be avoided and the funds diverted to domestic policies such as welfare, healthcare, and education. Why should we turn our backs on our own suffering people in favor of other countries’ citizens? |

Message | We are a middling country. We feel it would be economically unwise to pledge a great amount of our small income, and send it overseas - that is a role for the rich countries. In addition, we are not sure it is right to take money from our citizens (in the form of taxes) to give to the citizens of another country. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
