Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2486
Description[?]:
Hutori allows people to invest in national industry. It allows people to buy pieces of Hutori. Hutori is not a company! Hutori is here to serve the people. If our national industry is run like a corporation, who's main goal is profit, then corners will be cut, wages will be lowered and workers will be screwed. |

Message | The entire idea of setting up a company is to make a profit, which fuels the economy through further investment (if our policies would encourage expansion), and everyone's standard of living rises. |
Date | 23:33:44, November 13, 2007 CET | From | CSA Democratic Socialist Party of Hutori | To | Debating the DSP bill #5: Prevent Hutori from becoming a corporation |
Message | It'd be fine if Hutorians are allowed to invest, it's a national industry, it's theirs but foreign investors shouldn't. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
