Voting deadline: April 2487
Description[?]:
OCC: I went grave digging for this one..... This bill aims to stem and eliminate illegal immigration and expelling those hiding inside Malivia currently. The MNP can not, and will not, stand by while illegal immigration and those who harbor them exists. Malivia has a system in place that allows chosen individuals and their families to be absorbed into Malivian society and culture, and in time become nationals and citizens. Illegal immigrants act as a slap on the face to both legal immigrants and the state and should not be tolerated. Article #1: Malivians are absolutely loyal to their nation, but it is doubtful wither foreigners are capable of showing the same absolute loyalty as those that have lived here all their lives, the nationals. Native Malivian will fight any threat to the state, but what of foreign citizens? Can we expect them to have the same dedication and loyalty to the state? What if they are spies? Saboteurs? While those foreigners are no doubt the minority is it worth taking the chance of admitting them into the military? Article #2: With the exclusion of foreigners in the military and the creation of anti-partisan and immigration control crops we will need a large number of new recruits in the armed forces. This act will ensure that the new recruits are able to be found quickly and efficiently. This is only a temporary measure. Article #3: This measure has proven its effectiveness in the past and the MNP belives that it is still very useful not only to the security of our great state but it could also be useful in helping to eliminate illegal immigration. Article #4: It is a sad realization but sometimes even our fellow Malivians help to smuggle people into our great nation. This act will ensure that people with criminal pasts, especially dealing with human trafficking, will be denied a passport. With this measure we can help stop illegal immigration that is, sadly, assisted by our own people. Article #5: Article five is an essential part of the Malivian National Security Act. By actively searching houses suspected to harbor illegal immigrants we can root them out quickly and efficiently. After being found they will be promptly deported, while the landlords responsible for harboring them will be jailed or fined, depending on the circumstances. |

Message | Why is there no Article 5? We agree with 3, and 2 is so so. We would prefer only in wartime. We will not agree with Article 1. Malivian is not the Arayan race, live with it. (OOC: I Played a while ago as the very first party in Aldegar, but the politics was never this fun) |

Message | OOC: ugh sorry, five would have been the "Police actively search for illegal immigrants and expel them if found." law. Forgot to put it in.... and of course politics are fun in Malivia, with communists, fascists, and religious.... promoters..... as the top three parties. IC: We agree totally with St. Georges; interference in foreign affairs has only led to colonialism by whites. Only when Malivia has developed to its potential should we look outward. Malivian is not a race. It is a culture. A culture created and preserved by the Malivs and Bumi Asla. It is what unites our great nation. Our children have grown up in Malivia. They truly know what it is to be Malivian. Foreigners know their culture and cannot fully understand ours. |
