Message | The budget is streched as it is, and we do give money to countries in need, but let us take care of our own first. We have a pension system which requires money, a national health care system which requires money, a public school system which requires money, not to mention police, military, environmental protection. The OGP does not support a cut in foreign aid, but we do not support an increase either. Cornelius C. Hampton - Minister of Foreign Affairs |
