MessageBut changing goverment a couple times a week is very tedious and boring. Better than the "permanant cabinet" or whatever it was called that was proposed earlier. (not horrible idea, but i'd rather do it this way)

MessageAnd at least this one would be a little more realistic. Currently elections are every 2 years. This would make it 4 years like in the US. Elections would still be pretty frequent.

MessageWe would agree to either 36 or 48 months, but only if we also change it so that only the HoS can propose Cabinets - whilst I may stand to do very badly out of this, I feel that it would be better for stability.
