| A bill to empower the people through information Article 1: Regulation of Advertising -- Televised Advertising from 5:00 to 19:00 may not have sexually explicit or exceptionally violent material, unless on a channel devoted to sexually explicit or exceptionally violent materials. -- Advertising may not contain claims that products or services will do things that they will not. -- Advertising for phone-, web- or mail-ordered goods or services must have prices clearly shown, including the shipping and handling. -- Advertising for medications must list all side-effects -- Advertising for charity must show what percentage of donations is actually spent on their cause |

Currently, the people of Hobrazia today are affected by lies and mistruths put forth by the minority of Corporations that have unethical business practices. We seek to rectify this by making Corporations not lie about their products. This way, the people can make their purchasing decisions unhindered by lies, and therefore, they are more free. |
