Details

Submitted by[?]: We Say So! Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2489

Description[?]:

DUE to the nature of cosmetic applications, the differences in human/animal physiology and the cruelty inflicted on the animals within that field of research, the government will, henceforth and with immediate effect, ban the testing of cosmetic materials on animals within the confines of the Imperial Republic. Testing on human derived skin samples and genetically produced human and animal tissues will be accepted.
This bill in no way effects the use of medical testing as a precursor for human requirements.

MessageThe tyrannical "We Say So!" Party is intent on passing its old and rejected bills. It was not too long ago that the tyranny of this bill had been rejected by the people, and we are confident it will be rejected once more.
