WHEREAS, the use of biological and chemical weaponry pose a threat to the security of the whole world due to its potential of inflicting serious damage to the physical and mental health of all people

WHEREAS, the use of biological and chemical weaponry also pose a threat to the environment because of the potential detriments that the different chemicals can do to nature, which would then lead to lack of proper resources for human consumption

WHEREAS, the Democratic Republic of Aloria must never tolerate such weaponry and must instead contribute to the peace and order in the whole world by helping make the world free from such weaponry

WHEREAS, through the removal of biological and chemical weapons, the Democratic Republic of Aloria will be able to stay true to its national motto, "Pax in Focus; Pax in Terra! - Peace at Home, Peace in the World!"
