MessageIs there something wrong with the Union Jack of England? Why would we want to "shred" the Union Jack?

Furthermore, the Phoneix was used predominatly in Christian art to represent Christ himself. It is also on the National Flag of San Francisco. Surely two things we do not want Rutania to be associated with.

MessageI can't see why we would be prejudiced against San Francisco. However we need these in order to bring us the appearance of a new age, and many have agreed upon this.

MessageI like the Phoenix but this design isn't quite what I had in mind. Unfortunately I'm not an artist myself.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
