Bill: Election Manifesto
Details
Submitted by[?]: Likaton Coalition of the Willing
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2491
Description[?]:
In the run up to next years election, here are a few things we have been asked to raise: Article one is simply extending ones freedoms. Article two gives us the opportunity to see if private enterprise can do a better job; we can always nationalise them later if they do. Article three keeps the INALIENABLE right to choose ones death, but requires a little more due process. Article four means we can see exactly what our neighbours are up to, as well as news reports from that specialist beach in East Shadar. Article five means that strikes are less likely to cost lives. |

Message | Article one is okay. Article two is good. Article three, unfortunately, pisses on the picnic. Article four is tolerable, but article five is unbearable. We express our INABLIENABLE right to blow raspberries, to razz the Immeressence, Inc party. |

Random fact: Real-life quotations may be used in Particracy, but the real-life speaker or author should always be referenced in an OOC (out-of-character) note alongside the quotation. |
Random quote: "To the youth of America, I say, beware of being trivialized by the commercial culture that tempts you daily. I hear you saying often that you're not turned on by politics. The lessons of history are clear and portentous. If you do not turn onto politics, politics will turn on you." - Ralph Nader |
