Bill: Centrist Social Reforms Proposal
Details
Submitted by[?]: Darnussian Centrist Reform Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2492
Description[?]:
The DCRP is committed to protecting the freedoms and civil liberties of all the people of Darnussia. Therefore, we cannot support the blantantly discrimantory policies with regards to homosexuals in the military and in terms of adoption. These people are no different than hetrosexuals and should be treated accordingly. Scientific evidence supports the idea that cannibis can be used a pain reliever. Therefore we petition that it should be legalised for medical purposes. We also need to examine this countries social welfare system. Currently we provide no help to the most needy of our society. The DCRP is appaulled at the lack of government intervention to provide help to the less fortunate of Darnussians. |
