"The Liberty Party seeks to establish the Court of Industrial Relations in an effort to lift the burden off employers while protecting the livelihood's of worker's striking for a noble cause. Construction workers refusing to work because there are only two mobile toilets on site, occasionally resulting in a cue will be told to bargain with their employer or seek employment elsewhere. However, if the Court deems that Construction workers striking due to the Site Manager making them work in 45C heat, occasionally resulting in heat stroke is a justified cause for strike, employer's will have to negotiate if the job is to be finished." ~James Allan, Shadow Trade and Industry Minister |
