| These are hard times, my friends. The NSP will not step aside in its fascist goals. We will almost certainly be on the end of violence and assisantions. This could become WAR. We cannot let this happen. This time, the threat is upon us. If it does, from the moment this bill passes, security will be increased to the maximum we can take it. All citizens shall be put on red alert, and advice in case of an emergency shall be given out. Citizens will be advised to stay alert and report any matters of suspicion to the Government. And lastly, the proposals. We beg of you to vote this in, and I swear that after the threat is gone, we shall revert and change these back. I swear this with the utmost sincerity. If I go back on my word, I swear to you that this party shall resign. This isn't time for games. For the safety of our citizens, these laws must pass. The threat is real this time. I beg leave. |

| Message | I particularly regret Article 3, however non-lethal weapons are not as useful against the masses (the YRSP). Article 2 is obvious. Article 1 is needed. Why? Because even if the meeting itself doesn't pose a threat, those meeting in the group could easily be under threat. If there is a bomb threat or tip-offs or suspicious activity, the best thing would be for these people to be split up and moved in case of an attack. |
