| Article 1:The HPP see a need to accept regulation on immigration, so we allow the educated personel we need, to immigrate before accepting random immigration. When shortfall on personel in certain sectors exist, we should allow educated personel matching the need of our country. When no hobrazian qualifies for a job one of the most qualified persons seaking immigration should be allowed to immigrate into the country. This will aid integration as the most important factor for a succesfull integration is having a job. It should also be allowed for companies to headhunt educated personel from a foreign country to work in hobrazia if the headhunted persons seeks immigration and integration in hobrazia. example: when we need educated engineers we should accept immigration of such in front of other immigrants. Article 2: The HPP's policy towards refugees is that they eventually will wanna go back to their homecountry. Therefore it is important that refugees will be helped as close to their homecountries as possible. Therefore the HPP don't se the sense in encouraging refugees to pay loads of money on the black market to travel far away from their origin. So let's rather help them in their homecountry or in neighbouring countries, when disaster or war strife. It also seems stupid to give integration aid to refugees as they have no wish to stay in our nation. If they do so they should apply for immigrant status and be treated after these laws. As refugee noone should recieve integration aid. |

| Message | Unjust? We don't believe in a higher court than the Hobrazian Empires Supreme Court. Isolationist? Maybe, but we believe it has a valid description and cause. With such a high employment that we have, it is only reasonable to seek educated personel outside our borders. It would be stupid to hire people uncapable of performing what we need. Let us instead try and reach further than the PKH's visions of a third world nation full of immigrating people trying to suck on our welfare system while not producing anything. This is for the best of our nation and is a completely valid motion. |

| Message | I see the "Hobrazian Peoples Party" does not care for poor people. The fact that employment so high--and that the immigration policy has been in effect for a long time--means that the immigrants are obviously getting jobs. Your point is invalid, because immigrants clearly are getting jobs. We need janitors for our halls and cashiers for our malls just as much as we need scientists in our labs. Besides, the fact that employment is so high and the economy is doing so well means that we have more than enough money to provide for refugees. If they refuse to work, that is strange. I can only imagine how bored they must be with only enough money for food and minor luxuries. |

| Message | We can't allow immigrants and refugees to enter Hobrazia with the purpose to receive immigration aid and social health money. This is actually a big load of money reserved for those Hobrazians in need. We believe that when there is no Hobrazian qualified to take a job, it should be preserved for the companies to find and headhunt one capable of doing the job outside our own borders. We don't write of immigration and refugees. We are just stating, that we believe that those jobs you mention, janitors and cashiers, should be taken by Hobrazians rather than immigrants. Is that not taking care of the poor hobrazians? We do not think so. We also believe that this is the reason for the continuing unemployment. We understand that about 1% can be written of as job shifting, but the rest is Hobrazians that is held out of the working field because of lack of immigration legislation. |
