Whereas, Trigunia currently bans the production, purchase and storage of biological and chemical weapons, this nation still reserves the right to retaliate against a weapons strike involving a bio/chem weapon with a bio/chem weapon of our own. |

Biological and chemical weapons are simply inhumane, and should never be used regardless of the circumstances. We think that this nation should never demean itself, and sink to the inferior morals of its enemies.
