Basically, our view of immigration and naturalization is:

1. Anyone, regardless of citizenship or nationality, who can afford to should be able to:
i) Visit and/or reside permanently in Beluzia
ii) Seek gainful employment
2. Only those born in Beluzia, or to Beluzian nationals, gain nationality; only Beluzian nationals are considered citizens.

As civil rights should, in the view of the Liberal Party, be universally applied to all persons regardless of gender, ethnicity or other superficial distinction, what need does the foreign-born permanent resident have for citizenship or nationality?
