MessageMajor cuts in Food & Ag and Trade & Industry because there is no need for such high amounts of spending in those areas. The two combined before made up more than the current proposal for Health and Social Services. Ludicrous!

We have also cut back on government size and funding for Foreign Affairs, because we don't need to have such a large government when the government's consumption of the GDP accounts for 2% less than it did when this budget was appropriate. Foreign Affairs cutbacks are needed to address domestic problems, such as Education and Health, both of which are increased.

Internal Affairs has received more monies to better protect protestors and combat violent crimes, including terrorism. We hope to raise this figure again after the next election to try to peacefully weed out party militias to provide for a more secure, more unified Hutori.

Overall, we will spend HLR20 billion less than we were previously while moving money around to better address our situation. Any objections??

MessageWhy the hell you are rising spendings on Education and Healthcare. Those are private in our country! The same applies to the Social Security...

MessageMore funding in those areas will increase our standards and regulations and provide the government with more money to provide grants to hospitals and schools that need them or deserve them due to outstanding performance. Just because those are privately run now does not mean government has no stake in the healthcare or education of our citizens.

MessageI understand that we can't completly stop funding education and healthcare, but private schools and hospitals don't need funding, so we will spend much more money on a smaller number of schools and hospitals. It is quite... stupid? We should introduce at least some moderate cuts..

MessageIf education and healthcare are now private institutions, who's to say there are fewer schools and hospitals? If the purpose of privatization was to limit the number of such institutions, we certainly missed that point. If anything, the system ought to be flooded with private schools, clinics, and hospitals all competing to offer services. At some point the free market will weed out the bad ones and the good ones will conglomerate anyway.

At this point, we ought to increase funding to give those new small schools and hospitals a little help getting started.
