| This bill, along with my other taxation bill, should take advantage of our current surplus by allowing people to their money. Since we are not using that surplus, we should let the people keep the fruits of their labor. Reminder: This, if passed along with my other bill, Part 1, should continue to keep our budget with a small surplus. |
