Submitted by[?]: Hobrazian Peoples Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2493

Description[?]:

Article 1) The HPP want to create a dress code concerning employees in the state and for them who have a public function. They should no longer have the right to wear religous clothing. They represent the state and sould be totally neutral while doing their duty. As political independence is craved, as should religious independence.
In all other cases, the choosing of clothes is completely voluntary, respecting other laws on this matter.

Article 2) Let us have some control with these religious schools. We need to put up guidelines for the creation of religious schools. They need to at least perform education and proiduce taught kids on the same level as regular schools. We propose that there must be some regulation on religious schools, also to avoid fanatics and radical groups creating schools with other purposes than those intented. Furthermore we should demand of religious schools that they follow the instructions made by the state as these draw the general line of education and also is seen as the best way to educate children and receive the best output.

Aricle 3) We must keep a clear line to who enters our nation to practise religion and to establish missions. The government should decide on a individual level who is allowed to enter our nation. We also take into account the possibility of religious fanatics that enters our nation in form of priests etc.

Article 4) We also want to avoid commercial religions as we believe religion is a personal matter of belief and not a matter of poster campaigns or other smart money spending PR. We therefore suggest that only individual evangelism is allowed as it in some way requires individuals to seek the information for themselves and not be persuaded by commerciality of religious bank accounts.
