| As the population of Rutania is increasing we are finding the existence of a national firefighting system to be a bureaucratic nightmare. It is also our opinion that be giving authority of firefighting to the local governments a better system will be set up. Local governments have closer ties to their local area then a national program can hope to become. With closer ties the local government can better ensure the proper running of such a immensely important program. |
