MessageArticle 1, we believe shall allow more time for policies to be implemented by the government so changes can be made. Otherwise if parties switch during the period of elections, little can be achieved and implemented before a new administration has begun. We believe we should stay with fixed term elections but extend the time frame to every four years instead of three.

Article 2, we feel is correct because this way there will be more members representing fewer people- meaning more shall get a say. A recent Government report was also written which was submitted to the Transport Minister Nancy Lawson (People Party election Co-ordinater also) which showed many believed in more seats and more members and said the current system which is about 1 member to every 150,000 people was hurrendous and was very ineffective. Therefore, we have brought this policy to the forefront of politics.

Deirdre Wessex, Supreme President.
