This bill, is deemed fit by the members and leaders of the Union for Progression and Development as suitable for Senate Session, and is confirmed to be lawfully reccomeneded to be approved by the Senate of Solentia, by Party CEO, Anna Rochelle. |

Current: A proportional algorithm that gives a very small advantage to larger regions.
