| Message | Natural resources are also national resources, and belong to all our people, not just those that live in the same county. A national regulation allows all people to have a say in the use of natural resources, in this case fish and game. This law allows hunting and fishing, and merely requires that it be confined to certain areas and times. The only alternative to this position would be no regulations on place or time, which is hardly responsible. |
