This bill is intended to best serve the moral needs of the Malivian people. Community standards over cross-dressing, sexual acts/displays, and the pay of religious officials shall have the ability to affect local policies in these areas. Divorce, prostitution, and taxation of religious groups shall be limited or curtailed, so as to promote an environment in which morality can flourish. Religious figures shall be invited to the country from reputable groups, so as to promote a more open religious environment. Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R.
