Bill: Protection of Correspondence Rights
Details
Submitted by[?]: Saiserist League
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2495
Description[?]:
"This is one of the most moderate reforms ever proposed by our fine party, but myself and all fellow comrades of the Revolutionary Socialist Party feel it to be a necessary one. A person's right to write their letters in confidence should be held to be near sacrosanct, and cannot be destroyed on a judges whim. Whilst we acknowledge that there are many conceivable situations where such an incident is merited or necessary, we believe it must be absolutely necessary before it is broached. Please, make the right decision, and thank you for your time." -Daniel Vladimirovich Feterokov, in the proposition speech to the National Directory |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
