Whereas certain areas of Quanzari law decrease the power of the Quanzari military; Whereas the maintaining of a strong military to protect the country is a vital job of the government of a country; Whereas Quanzar should have as strong a military as possible to fight of threats both foreign and domestic; Resolves that these following measures be put in place to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quanzari military. |

Old value:: The nation shall never develop, purchase or store biological or chemical weaponry.
Current: The nation reserves the right to develop, construct and store biological and chemical weapons.
Proposed: The nation shall never purchase, produce, or store biological or chemical weaponry, for military purposes. Research and development of the technology is permitted.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Nation's policy with regards to an intelligence agency.
Old value:: The nation maintains no intelligence agency.
Current: The nation has an intelligence agency that is permitted by law to undertake all types of covert operations in other countries.
Proposed: The nation has an intelligence agency, but it is limited to counter-intelligence and surveillance of other countries.

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term in the military.
