Bill: Freeing Religious Schools

Details

Submitted by[?]: Saiserist League

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2497

Description[?]:

This is hardly an earth-shaking proposition. It's little more than a tweak, but an important one. As long as the schools are regulated to ensure they are not warping Zadugali children, it hardly seems a matter for the state to pick and choose what faiths are suitable.

Message"This is an important first step. Preach what you like in your churches, as a government we've no responsibility or power over that.

But children must be protected from religious whack jobs "educating" them. Lets keep schools sacred, not holy.

My party does not normally support regulation, but when it's truly necessary, when the institution subject to regulation gives the consumer, the child, no choice, you'll have the LP's vote."

Well then why are you voting to get rid of the fact that only registered religions can educate our children. If they can't even get themselves registered as an actual religion, then I don't think they should be trusted with our children.
