We can see reasons for a collaborative effort, though we tend to dislike multinational legislating. We shall abstain, unless we see a compelling reason to vote on this issue. |

| Message | A good reason would be that we could work on larger scale projects, without having to pay billions of SEK for them. For instance, to create a truly comprehensive satellite surveillance system, it would cost us 10 billion SEK, however if we were working together with another nations(s), the cost would be reduced. |
