| "I am gravely concerned that the recent actions by the Holy Luthori Empire to support the evil actions of Deltaria against Jelbania. I suggest that we blockade them instead of having a permanent Luthori naval presence in Deltaria. The Luthorians plan to send "humanitarian peacekeepers" with their naval force. We cannot allow this cover up to happen. From the proposed legislation, they wish to move their New Jerusalem base in Beiteynu to Deltaria. I think Luthorian Empire wishes to take over Majatra. ~ George Falco ___________________________________________________ Voting ' yes' = Support immediate deployment of 2 aircraft carrier task forces, totaling 34 ships and 146 aircraft to be sent to blockage any support of Deltaria by the Holy Luthori Empire and any other supporting nations. Changes to force size shall be determined by the Defense Minister. Voting ' no' = Against blockade action |

| Message | Hrm. This seems like a slightly less clearly a matter of good and evil. Plus, if we blockade Deltaria, that's a little more provoking than we'd like to do. Defending ourselves and our allies and preparing for Deltarian invasion if they go crazy is one thing. Provoking them by blockading their seas seems like more of a step than we wish to take. Moreover, if we go through with this blockade and the Luthori Empire sends its fleets anyway, our ships will have no choice but to fire upon the Luthori ships, which is tantamount to a declaration of war. We would rather remain passive until we have no choice. War may not be inevitable, unless we make it so. |

| Message | The question might be, do we wish to content with a possible long-term threat or deal with a short term war? We could sent our ships and I can do diplomacy to the Luthorians. We only wish to stop all military support in terms of manpower to Deltaria, normal trade can still continue. |

| Message | This is what the Luthorian bill said: The time has come to support our old allies in Deltaria by offering this declaration of support to the legitimate government in its fight against a Jelbanian-backed insurgency. With this declaration I ask the Holy Imperial Diet for authority to send a force to Deltaria in the name of humanitarian peacekeeping. Know this ; we shall ignore any blockades and advise Luthori to do the same.
