Bill: Gouvernement De Gardien 2497

Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti Communiste de Rildanor

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2498

Description[?]:

"Caretaker Government 2497"

Until elections restore an imbalance to the right-left divide, we propose, alongside the Parti Radical, a caretaker government to insure the government has the support of the Senat. Although we disagree on a great deal, we support our troops in action in the Jelbanian government, and feel unity on that front at the very least demands this sort of cooperation.

*TERM OF AGREEMENT: Both the Partie Sociale Catholique and Parti Radical agree to vote against or abstain on any bill the other requests in order to prevent its passage (with the exception of party manifestos, which are not to be actually passed). This is done to insure no controversial legislation damages the credibility of this caretaker government.
