MessageUnfair and not including your parties in my opening proposal are not the same thing. I do believe the IRP cabinet was unfair and as a result it was rightly defeated in both incarnations. Despite my disagreements I have included Independent Republicans in this governing coalition which will have a broad base of support. Rather than simply complaining that a cabinet is "unfair" you should have negotiated as I invited you to do -(the opportunity to debate did not even exist last time) -URP
