This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | The NKL are represented in the federal government. To avoid such representation would be unconstitutional. Even the impeached PKA are represented. The place the NKL (and the PKA, for that matter) are not represented, is the Cabinet - an entirely different prospect. And one that 'demands' are unlikely to solve the representation problem for. |
