Message | In an attempt to get the NPP to change their vote on this crucial issue, I'd just like to try and point out some wholes in their logic on this issue. While we agree that in some cases, Local Government can have better knowledge and is thus more suited to decide policy, but public transport and sports clubs don't tend to vary a lot from region to region in how they are run. What issues could face a region that would mean it would have to deviate from a national policy of user pays? It couldn't be anything like large amounts of people on low income, because that would be subsardized. |
