Message | We support this change of policy. |
Date | 03:17:12, December 12, 2007 CET | From | Démocrates de la Gauche | To | Debating the Respect for the Flag Act |
Message | We strongly oppose this offense against civil liberties. If our nation is currently on the right path, then whats the need to burn it? I strongly believe and I think everyone else does too that for these range of radical proposals the FMDP needs to offer some sort of support and explanation for these bills other than their vote. |

Message | This is not radical - the Lib-Gov Party proposed something similar recently, which we supported. UCC believes our flag should have an honored, elevated status as the symbol of our nation. |

Message | And respect should be demanded? |
Date | 09:45:19, December 12, 2007 CET | From | Bloc Militaire pour Restauration | To | Debating the Respect for the Flag Act |
Message | every Jelbanian citizen has the duty to serve and honor his countrty, burning the flag is unpatriotic and a traitorous act |

Message | Why do we have to explain our bills? We have the support of the people of Jelbania who see that the current liberal and socialist laws lead to immoral and criminal behaviour, to a explosion of unwanted sexual behavioor like rape and paid sex between teenagers, to ghetto's in which no one is safe, to high taxes and a intrusive government etc. You have to explain your liberal laws to the people of Jelbania |
Date | 18:07:38, December 12, 2007 CET | From | Démocrates de la Gauche | To | Debating the Respect for the Flag Act |
Message | Immoral? and Criminal? It's criminal if it's against the law, not because what you think is criminal. And I believe that we do explain our laws and I believe it is your turn. What is the reason for not allowing citizens right to free speech? What will happen next? Banning of demonstrations because people who don't agree with the state are traitors? |
Date | 22:20:15, December 12, 2007 CET | From | Socialist Jelbanian Party-D.L.J.-D.L.F | To | Debating the Respect for the Flag Act |
Message | FDP, your statements recall an obscurantist age in Jelbania, an age of bigotry, religious fanatism, slavery. This age is once for all finished, and we won't let her return. If you aspire to a better country please leave behind you these empty prejudices against the modern and liberal society and start a constructive debate , in this moment you are seriously damaging the image of the catholic church and faith, showing only it's obscurantist and backward side. Your proposal on this matter is not so bad , we'll think about it, but please, abandon this tone. |
Date | 22:43:42, December 12, 2007 CET | From | Démocrates de la Gauche | To | Debating the Respect for the Flag Act |
Message | We strongly agree with the statements made by the SJP and we agree that this introduction of religion and the combination of that and these makes the Catholic Church looks as if its a church for those who only support your party and their policies. |
Date | 02:55:40, December 13, 2007 CET | From | Anarchistes pour une Société Libre | To | Debating the Respect for the Flag Act |
Message | Due to the undeniable fact that the flag of Jelbania is ugly, I would not support this bill, as the flag deserves to be burned. |
