Message | The Liberal Alliance strongly advises against such policies. War is not an excuse for the consolodation of power for the right, this should be seen as a great diplomatic opportunity and a chance to really show Terra that Solentian Foreign Relations are strong and just. |

Message | We are not doing this for personal benefit! it's what we think is best for Solentia, if you don't agree then it's good you say that. this proposals is not preparations for attacking but right now Kafuristan is voting about if they should attack us. |

Message | Liberal Alliance, I do not believe these measures equate into a consolidation for the Right. In the present situation I think they are reasonable. They could be turned back, afterwords. We have no way of knowing for certain if Kafuristan will attack, at this point. I am attempting to reach their head of state. Hopefully we can continue to enjoy peace. |

Message | If what you say is true, and is not a demonstration of how manipulative and deceitful the right can be, what use are these measures? If we are not to go to war, why dop you force our people into enslavement under the false visage of "Pre-War preparation"? Why attempt to take any action at all if you plan to enjoy peace? This all seems like a convenient plot of the SRNP; you are trying to deceive the Solentian nation into creating a police-state. |

Message | well we are trying to avoid war but Kafuristan can still attack us. |

Message | We have no interest in a police state. Our record is clear, we favor small government where possible. We do need to have an army ready in this crisis, and bolstering our numbers by increasing conscription (notice I say increase, it is already present as you can see from legislation) makes us more prepared. Do not be mislead by Kafuri propaganda. They have their designs on Wantuni also. If one of us falls, it will be a domino effect. If Solentia must stand alone against this kind of aggression, we must be as prepared as possible. Here is my plege to you who oppose the measure. The current law states: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option. I will personally vote to change it back to that, once this crisis is over, if we have unanimous support of this bill. |

Message | Since the threat of war has been averted, I'll prove my word and change our vote to Nay. |
