As or reforms so far have been succesful, we feel the time is right to further unburden the government and promote growth in our economy. We also put forward a proposal to increase the strength of our bilogicl weapons deterent. |

Old value:: The nation shall never purchase, produce, or store biological or chemical weaponry, for military purposes. Research and development of the technology is permitted.

Proposed: The nation reserves the right to develop, construct and store biological and chemical weapons.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning farm size.
Old value:: Farms that grow too large are broken up and the land redistributed.
Current: Farm size is not regulated.
Proposed: Small farms are encouraged to merge together into larger ones.

Old value:: There shall be a minimum wage at a level considered a "living wage," well above the poverty line for a full time worker.

Message | We strongly dislike article 3 (on chemical/biological weapons), and are not particularly partial to article 4 (on software). We also dislike article 5, though we can perhaps see the economic reasoning behind it. We shall give both sides an opportunity to endeavor to convince us to vote with them before we vote. |

Message | The biological weapons part should be enough in our opinion. If software is totally closed, than that means corporations can patent something, and than claim anything even remtely related to it belongs to them, even if they did'nt create it. |

Message | We disagree that the proposed bill would alter that concern about closed software. However, we are certainly hesitant to support the construction of biological weapons, particularly when we already have such lenient nuclear weapon laws. Seeing the Socialists' reasoning in this matter, we shall vote against the bill. |
