Message | -We cannot agree with article 1 as it will only lead to the depletion of our fish resevres leading to future unemployment in this sector. -Article 2 however is an attempt to curb the power of the trade union movement and we therefore cannot support it. -Article 3 doesn't seem to make sense. Surely the national goverment is the governing body which declares whether or not there is a national emergency so why should they not also handle curfews. Giving this power to local goverments will only create a delay in the implementation of curfews and thus put the lives of our people in danger. |

Message | 1. The people shall regulate fish reserves themselves. All quotas do is put people out of jobs due to not catching enough fish. 2. No, rather it makes the will of the trade unions clearer. 3. Curfews cannot be decided by tyranny. Logically, if the issue warrants a curfew, all local governments, especially due to being asked by the people, will implement curfews themselves. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
