| My sister ALMOST died and was in a lot of pain and had to be in the hospital for a long time because the doctor did something wrong, we couldn't sue because they destroyed the records but I digress. There's a lot more that can go wrong than death. I propose suits only in death or severe injury as in near death or hadicappation. |
