| We should establish a consensus on morals of society. With the rising individualism in our collective and rather socialist society we should make sure that noone falls back to egoistic interests. This should prevent the constraints of capitalism that so many hobrazians has suffered under and which still exists in the subconcious of many people. We need to get rid of this egoism and restore pure individualism in our socialist society. We can also make some money on this legislation. With only the casinos to supply the opportunity to gamble, more money will be generated as the casinos income increases. |

| Message | These issues are merely protecting the people and the individuals from capitalistic and liberalistic holes of darkness. Something that there visionary theories forgot. People needs protection from such situation and we the HPP are the first to protect these people. This is not a violation of rights as much as it is a system to bring back some of those unfortunate to be lost behind in the capitalistic system that has dominated Hobrazia for to long. |
