OOC: DSP and I have both agreed to it. Everyone else should too, it will keep the Civil War from becoming an all out total war, and ensure there is still a Sekowo left after the war.

The Military shall remain impartial for the rest of the conflict in Sekowo. The only combatants shall be the militias of the various groups, and the armies of foreign allies. The Sekowan Military and its equipment will not be used by either side.
