With the current laws of The Republic of Hobrazia in mind, the laws regarding Extradition of suspected criminals to foreign Nations may only occur as long as said Nations do not persue a policy of capital punishment or are suspected, or known, of treating suspects and convicts with cruel or inhuman treatment as part of their Justice system. If any of ther above clauses are breached by Countries requesting extradition then the Hobrazian Justice system will try said convicts and allow foreign prosecutors to prosecute the suspect within the confines of the Hobrazian Justice system. |
