MessageThis approach would seem to take away subsidies from some families. We would support going even further to make the policy: "The government fully subsidizes tuition." There should be free education for all as part of the Jelbanian social contract (same with health care). These are the kind of roles we want the central government to play, not mandating specific vaccinations.
