| A resolution to amend the 14th amendment of the constitution to read: "Subject to the provisions of Article 3, the Federal Diet shall have the power to amend this Constitution. It shall be required that all members of the Federal Diet cast a vote for the changes to be eligible, and that a vote of two-thirds of all members in support of the amendment occur in order for it to pass and may only apply to certain areas of this constitution." |
