Details
Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2503
Description[?]:
The Foreign Affairs Ministry has recently received a message from Kafuristan, a nation we have a Free-Trade and Cultural Exchange program with. The main body of the message was thusly "We are wondering if you are willing to participate in an organization, which shall actively seek to unite the above nations, friends of Kafuristan, into a single body, neutral, that shall allow us to communicate adequately and effectively. This union shall be named as following: International Harold Union. It shall form a description which shall be agreed to by all the members. Each nation shall have one leader in IHU. Each leader shall be elected by a voting in each nation. Such details shall be organized as soon as enough members will have joined the organization. More nations will be allowed to participate, once they have signed a treaty with Kafuristan. Nations do not have the obligation to sign treaties between them, like Sekowo signing with Saridan. However, it is encouraged to develop relations between them." We would like to discuss on how we should respond, if we would like to be part of it or not. Arya Patil Minister of Foreign Affairs |

Message | To foster good relations between the allies of Kafuristan, atleast that's what we understand it to be. Since the purpose is to actually define it though, it does'nt really have a concrete purpose beyond that, atleast that we're aware of. |

Message | You expect for us to agree to the formation of a committee with the purpose defining its' own purpose? Seems a bit wasteful. |

Message | The purpose is to form something that all the joining nations will actually agree upon, since it's abundantly obvious parties from any nation will disagree for less than good reasons. |

Message | The International Harold Union has been changed to United Nations Coalition. The purpose of this organization, as DSP correctly noted, is to increase friendly relations between nations. As soon as the organization has been created, we shall decide together on the purpose, description, etc. |

Message | The United Nations Coalition is a reality; participate in order to form a powerful organization. Leaders shall be declared once an important number of members have applied from all target nations. Contact me for further information.
