Message | It is my last attempt, since the democratic party said, that they would give their vote, but abstained. With their votes, we have a majority. |

Message | You will always have our vote on these extremely important environmental issues. We appear to have a very similar attitude towards it. |

Message | "The IACP was formulated four years ago, and so far only three nations have ratified it, and one has to wonder why. While we have no disagreement in principle when it comes to signing such an agreement, we feel it lacks creativity, and is neither comprehensive enough to make a big impact on our ecology, nor is it loose enough to take into account the needs of individual nations. This is one of those fuzzy 'feel-good' proposals that seems to have no other purpose than to make the ratifiers look good in the press as they strain to pat themselves on the back. I propose we vote this down, formulate our own environmental policy, implement it within Zardugal, and then take that to the international community. We should be taking the lead on this important issue, not following a half-assed, half-baked scheme that will essentially change very little in our country." - Simian Slops, Environment Spokeswoman |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
