Message | The government has no business regulating the Internet. Besides, filesharing is'nt a crime. |

Message | Hence "illegal filesharing", not all of it. |

Message | Child abuse however, IS a crime. DSP, you are opposed to child abuse right? |
Date | 04:36:56, December 22, 2007 CET | From | 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō) | To | Debating the PSFVP Internet Security Bill 2504 |
Message | Give us a definitive definition of what that will comprise of, and we'll tell you. For instance we don't consider a 14 year old showing themself off as child abuse. |

Message | Would you consider a video tape of a child rape as child abuse (Such things have happened in real life, eg the world wide hunt for the "interactive" peadophile rape videos on the internet. Very sick) |
Date | 05:26:49, December 22, 2007 CET | From | 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō) | To | Debating the PSFVP Internet Security Bill 2504 |
Message | Well if it was rape, than yes, we would, however we also beleive in strict limits as to definitions and powers. |
Date | 06:02:40, December 22, 2007 CET | From | Pan-Sekowo Freedom Alliance | To | Debating the PSFVP Internet Security Bill 2504 |
Message | The definitition here i strict, it allows anything illegal done on the internet to be investigated by police. |
Date | 06:44:25, December 22, 2007 CET | From | 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō) | To | Debating the PSFVP Internet Security Bill 2504 |
Message | We mean the definitions of illegality. |
Date | 06:46:14, December 22, 2007 CET | From | Pan-Sekowo Freedom Alliance | To | Debating the PSFVP Internet Security Bill 2504 |
Message | Illegality would be anything outside the law. It just means that the police can investigate crimes taking place online. |

Message | That's what we're getting at. We want the strict definition of what constitutes a crime spelled out. For instance, in a somewhat extreme case. Say a video of a 12 year old having relations with say a 29 year old surfaces, unless either party was'nt consenting we don't consider it a crime, and we do believe that 12 year olds can make that decision, though that is albeit near the lowest range we find acceptable. This is also why we like the old system of any kind of pornography (except real rape) being legal, since we regulated the industry to prevent younger persons from being taken advantage of. |

Message | While we can see many good reasons for this law, we wish to avoid oppresive copyright law enforcement on the Internet. |
