This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | You just don't get it do you, the HoS is neutral right now, nobody controls her and I no longer have a HoS power so even if that bill pass, the only effect it will have is that the opposition needs two-third to change the part back to normal and to be able to propose a new government again. |
