This Santa Claus Accessibility & Protection Act proposes to give Santa Claus and his assistants

(1) unlimited access to all buildings in the country on Christmas, in order to deliver gifts directly under trees, and into stockings;

and

(2) freedom from criminal or civil sanctions for entering private homes, and protection from violent retribution from homeowners. Persons shooting at Santa Claus, or poisoning eggnog and cookies, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Persons may opt out of Christmas gift deliveries by placing signs on their chimneys or doors clearly indicating that "Santa Claus is not welcome."
